Position: Managing Consultant Northern & Central Europe & Managing Consultant - Eastern Europe
Harris Mayfield is currently looking for 2 new Managing Consultants who are going to be responsible for our Northern, Central & Eastern European markets respectively.
The ideal candidate has 5-10 years experience as a consultant in the HR consulting industry or experience from a similar or related industry or sector. We are looking for someone who is going to work with our existing clients on projects as well as build relationships with new clients. In addition to your experience as a consultant you should ideally have experience working with markets in the geographic areas you will be responsible for and be able to communicate fluently in English as well as local languages.
As a consultant at Harris Mayfield you will be given the opportunity to learn from some of the best consultants in the HR consulting industry and leverage our extensive portfolio of tools and products in order to service your clients successfully.
Position: Senior Consultants - European Markets
Harris Mayfield is currently looking for 2 new Senior Consultants who is going to be responsible for new and existing clients across our European markets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience as a consultant in the HR consulting industry or experience from a similar or related industry or sector.
We are looking for someone who is going to work with our clients on projects as well as build relationships with new clients. In addition to your experience as a consultant you should ideally have experience working with markets across Europe. You can communicate fluently in English and ideally one or more of the following languages: Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Italian, Spanish and German.
Position: Consultants - European Markets
Harris Mayfield is currently looking for 2 new Consultants who is going to be responsible for new and existing clients across our European markets. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years experience as a consultant in the HR consulting industry or experience from a similar or related industry or sector.
We are looking for someone who is going to work with our clients on projects as well as build relationships with new clients. Position: Office Manager Denmark & International Offices (Remote)
Harris Mayfield is currently looking for an Office Manager to manage our office in Aarhus, Denmark. Additionally this person will be responsible for managing our offices in the UK and France remotely. Your responsibilities will include document management, supplier management, invoicing, office administration and assisting the consultants in administrative matters.
We are looking for someone who has experience from a similar position and with the types of assignments mentioned above. You should be flexible, structured and be able to manage many assignments at the same time.
You must be fluent in English and ideally be able to communicate in Danish.
